Irvine Pony’s 8-and-under baseball team captured the Pinto West Zone World Series title Sunday with a 10-0 victory over Hawaii.

The players won the 7-and-under World Series title last year under Manager Ruben Sandoval and did the same this year in a higher division under the same manager.
